Our first step is establishing your learning needs. Are you looking to train new team members? Is there a new legal mandate that requires you to do broad-based team training? Are you looking to provide your clients with a unique way to learn more about your business? Do you have an existing curriculum that needs updating? Once we know what you need, we can figure out how to help.


> Determining Goals

Once we identify your needs, we will then work with you to determine your goals and objectives. Are you envisioning a live webinar that your team must attend? Is there going to be an entire course available for your clients on a subscription model? Do you need a format for an online training manual? Are you looking for a way to make your face-to-face training more engaging? We ask questions to determine the format and structure that will best suit your desired outcomes.


> Making a Plan

After identifying your needs and goals, we work together to come up with a plan. The plan includes a learning roadmap and project plan outlining the development process from start to finish. This plan will be what guides you through the process of developing your curriculum, and will help us guide you through the development step-by-step to ensure that we are addressing your priorities and meeting your deadlines.


> Building the Learning Experience

We use a combination of instructional design models, learning theories, and user experience knowledge to create a unique learning experience. One of our specialties is making online learning engaging instead of something that a learner will just click through while distracted and disinterested.


> Monitoring for Success

We don't stop once the learning experience(s) are delivered. We continue our relationship by monitoring the experience to ensure learner success. If you wish to repeat or update previously developed curriculum, we can discuss the best implementation strategy to keep your team engaged each time.
